​When forcibly pried from his computer, Martin enjoys the serenity of long walks and quiet rainy days. He has an incredibly supportive wife with whom he is madly in love, and shares a passion for history and literature. If Martin happens to have extra time, as rare an occasion as that may be, he loves to immerse himself in film, every laugh, every tear, and every cheer inspiring him to go forth and craft meaningful stories of his own.

In spite of a myriad of software and a wealth of experience already at his disposal, Martin never ceases his pursuit for innovation and improvement. He eagerly faces challenges and welcomes opportunities to problem solve, no matter the difficulty. In life and in his work, Martin's ultimate goal is to make the impossible only improbable.
Martin Leon y Leon is an ambitious and innovative technical artist, whose inquisitive nature drives him to challenge the conventional limits of his work. He eagerly explores new techniques and technologies in the pursuit of pushing past the boundaries of what is possible.

Born in Peru and raised in the United States, Martin’s multicultural upbringing has enabled him to not only learn from and appreciate, but adapt many of the diverse perspectives he has encountered into aspects of his work. This unique outlook encourages Martin to keep an open mind in his creative process, and to always remember who he is and where he came from.
Martin earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Character Animation from the University of Central Florida. During his studies he became proficient across the whole of the animation pipeline, garnering experience in set dressing, modeling, sculpting, rigging, visual effects, animation, writing, texturing, rendering and more. This comprehensive foundation allows him to effectively contribute to any and every stage of a project, from initial concept to final render.
